In this course, you and your team will learn how to influence each other, when you should you be taking a leadership role or stepping back, and how to help your team move forward toward a common goal. Groups will learn leadership theories and models, and practical and situational strategies.
It is important that each level of the organization have leaders. With this training, teams will be able to recognize and value the difference between leading and managing, while understanding that they can take on a lead role.
