Typically, when you hear the words, “data analytics” you often don’t associate a small business with it. People have this idea that data analytics comes with a large price tag and that small businesses cannot compete in that market because of it.
We are currently working with a client in the health care field facilitating strategic planning. I’ve been meeting with the Executive Director, employees, patients and Board of Directors gathering as much information as I can get a better understanding of what people desire for the future from all perspectives. A majority of the discussions boiled down to one main theme; personalizing patient care.
